Windstorms Only by Chance UD Coon's Story        January 8, 1981 - January 17, 1997 Coon was sired by "Rascal" and was purchased from his breeder as a young adult, as an obedience prospect. His early promise wore off when he was in Open and since I had other, better working dogs to show decided I was going to retire him. My now ex-husband, Tom, was bored just watching at the shows and asked if he could take over showing him. So Coon became Tom's first obedience dog. Coon already had a CD and CDX when Tom took over showing him in Utility, having never shown a dog before. He VERY quickly finished his UD! Two of Coon's litter mates (out of Windstorms Fancy Free UD, a CH Dorlanes Kings Ransom daughter) finished OTCH's.
